Privacy notice

Ollo Travel is a private travel design business based in Istanbul, Türkiye, operating the website ollotravel.com. For any question about this notice, or to exercise any of the rights described below, write to [email protected].

Only what you give us and what we need in order to reply: your name, e-mail address, telephone or WhatsApp number, country of residence, travel dates, number of travellers, preferred language, and whatever you write in the message field. If you go on to travel with us we will also hold booking details such as flight numbers, hotel addresses and any dietary, mobility or medical information you choose to share so that we can arrange your trip properly.

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider may record IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.

To answer your enquiry, to prepare and deliver the services you ask for, to communicate with you during your trip, and to keep the records that tax and consumer law require of us. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Only the suppliers who need it in order to serve you — the driver assigned to your transfer, the guide assigned to your day, a hotel, a boat operator, a restaurant holding your reservation. They receive the minimum required, usually a name, a time and a contact number. Our e-mail and messaging providers process data on our behalf under their own contractual obligations.

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within twelve months. Booking records are kept for as long as accounting and tax obligations in Türkiye require, and then deleted.

You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to our using it. Where the GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK applies to you, those rights apply in full and we will respond within the statutory period. Write to [email protected] and a person, not a form, will answer.

The enquiry form on this site can hand your message to WhatsApp so that you can send it from your own account. If you do that, WhatsApp handles the message under its own privacy terms. You can always e-mail us instead.

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting an active booking will be communicated to you directly.
